OUR GOLDEN BOY

Dear Lord
Thankyou for the A ngel
you lent us for awhile
he brought us laughter
and an everlasting smile
he loved us, inspired us
and was our guiding light.
Now he shines in heaven
with wings of pure white.
He will forever walk softly
in our hearts and in our dreams.
When our feelings run rampent
and our tears begin to fall.
His spirit will surround us leading comfort to one and all.
We will always miss him
Time can not erase the pain
yet we will always be grateful
that in our lives OUR PRECIOUS SON CAME.....

God makes little children
He makes them every day
And though He loves them dearly
He gives them all away.

He gives each to an angel
And says take baby down
To such and such a mother
In such and such a town.

Or such and such a cottage
In such and such a place.
He gives the angel with it
A big soul full of grace.

God does so love those children
It's all that He can do
To let the Angel take them
But he loves the mother's too.

And so he says I'll lend you
This little one of mine
The angel folds it's love
About the special gift divine.

The angel watches over
The child both day and night
So glad to see that lovely soul
All shining in God's light

God makes so many children
And every now and then
He seems to want one specially
We don't know why or when

He whispers to its Angel
Bring the child back to me
The angel sees a lovely sight
That someday we may see

It sees the souls of mothers
And fathers in God's light
Offering him tiny children
Whose souls are shining bright

God does so love those children
Whos souls are never dim
And how he loves those parents
Who give them back to him.

If roses grow in heaven Lord
please pick a bunch for me
place them in LEECHRISTY arms
and tell him there from me
Tell him that i love and miss him
and when he turns to smile
place a kiss upon his cheek
and hold him for awhile
because remembering him is easy
i do it every day

The angels sang amazing grace
the Lord came down and touched his face
then he wispered soft and low
come on boy it;s time to go
he took him gently by the hand
and brought him up to Gods own land
to rest a while in the Lords embrace

It;s nearly a year since you left us

it;s nearly a whole year since you left us Leechristy and its a day i;ll never forget. I don;t know how B ecky and lee are getting by. I went to your grave before christmas and read all your cards and peoms. I;ll never forget the night before you went into hospital and me and your mammy took you to mass at the holy family chapel and you were playing peekaboo on the way home you were the most poving child and never cryed or carried on even when you had to take all your medions every day. u r truely missed

i dont know u lee but u look like a real cute kid , i really feel for yr family and my thoughts are with them , i was on the site visiting my best friend who lost her son in leeds and he died nearly a yr ago aged 15 yrs old and i was just lookin and saw u my little child its always the best ones who go to soon , god bless u n yr family suzi n my children xx
